Poor service

I have not had wifi connection for the past five days. Every time I call in I get the same standard, "We cannot see anything wrong on our end". Then they try to get me to reconfigure the router, but still nothing happens. I have been on the line with them until my airtime runs out, every time that I have called them. I have asked them to call me back and the technicians, all four of them, take my numbers and promise to call. But they don't. If they are not allowed to make outgoing calls, why do they not say so, instead of lying and saying they will? I am really disappointed with this service! The speed is always slow and much lower than what I was promised. In less than a year, I have had technicians have to come twice to my place, which speaks to the poor service that they provide. I would not advise anybody to use this service provider, simply because of their lack of service!
