Poor service

Worst company to ever do business with. Service down for over a week. You request feedback which never happens, the SLA that Axxess have with network providers offers them credit for time down, but instead of passing it on to the clients this gets kept and client still have to pay for the service in full. Clients only get feedback if they have to phone and follow up themselves.
