Poor service

I intent to take out a data bundle with Axxess internet,but did not realize that it is such a nightmare for such a simple procedure.Firstly the system refused to accept my town input.I contacted Axxess where a sales consultant requested that I send all my personal details.The consultant did not come back to me.I phoned the following day.After a 20 minute wait,another consultant picked up and requested that I send her the same details.I repeat the procedure and include my contact details.A consultant with the name of Thandile ****u contacted me and requested that I send her me banking details (account number with cvc pin ) to activate the account.I tried to contact her but she did not respond.I reported the incident with their accounts department.The next Monday,another consultant send me mail requesting the same documents.By this time i am so frustrated and just cancelled everything.I did not receive this type of poor service in quite a long time.Good luck to prospective customers of Axxess internet.
