Poor service

Worst experience you will have. *****ic technical assistance. Can not resolve my issue that was escalated 9 times and logged 26 tickets over 41 days. Now that i cancel and want a refund they are straight up lying and saying they don't refund for slow speeds only down internet. Spoiler alert i have about 20 down internet complaints and tickets and 1 for slow speeds at 0.8 Mbps.
