Poor Service!!

We have been trying to get our Internet connected for more than 3 months now. Axxess says it's Metrofibre and Metrofibre says it's Axxess!! Meanwhile, we are stuck with no fibre internet!! Unacceptable service on both parts!! It just simply seems like no one can get this right?? SUPER FED UP!!
