Poor service

I tried to get unlimited LTE from Axxess but they do not seem interested. They just kept on sending screen dumps of their website for any information I requested. The information I require is not on the website.

Seems they are not interested in me as a customer I wanted to know a few finer details but their agents doesnt seem interested.
