Poor, Poor Service...And not embarrassed about it either

I app**** to this company for Fibre to be installed into my home. I was with Vox and due to their increases in tariffs without notice, I decided to change. What a nightmare. I was dealing with a gent called Monde who seemed to have every excuse under the sun with approving application to will get back to me urgently...Still waiting for some response and after a month of waiting, have not contacted them again. All big talk initially at the start but seemed to be on a flight of having fibre plane to a crash and burn. I expressed my disappointment and was told that many companies will have bad reviews...so adding to your list then!
