Poor poor Service.

poor service. my network goes down 3 or 4 times a day , the support on whatsapp is very poor , an agent just responded saying i should forward my details and then he/she just disappeared no communication. my business is suffering because of the downtime , but they dont seem to care. i do not recommend anyone to sign up for their poor service. currently looking for a better alternative.
