poor oeservice

Took a Telkom unlimited lte from them , the reception is so poor that it cant run my office, went onto my Dashboard and cancelled that service , they offered my a discount which i refused , they never stomped the service as requested and now wants a 6 month cancellation fee for a service that i cannot use
