Poor management provider

I joined this group after I relocated to an area that does not cover fibre. I had to opt for Lte which I found cheaper at axxess. There is nothing good about this provider from their rude staff to robbing you with less internet. I thought it was only for that time but I realised it is an everyday problem. The internet is always slow even if i am at. 30mbps. Now called them yesterday to tell them that i have no internet. They told me to reset my router and dropped the line before we could even finish. Their line Also you wait for about 20 minutes to reach them. Axxess is a no go for me and everyone looking for a better internet.
