Poor internet speed

I recently joined Axxess as I moved houses. From the 1st time using the fixed LTE it was running at 1mb, which is extremely slow. I logged a formal incident on the 4th of Feb 2023 and today is the 27th of Feb 2023 with no change or improvement. I sent screenshots of the connect from speedtest.net as requested and filled in a form which states what router I use etc., in fact I filled it in twice and sent screenshots 3 times with the same ticket reference. Words cant describe how frustrated I am with the lack of service delivery. I pay for a service that isn't delivered. They only reached out after I sent a complaint to their feedback email on the 25th of Feb 2023. Worst service in the country. I will not advise any one to use them.
