Poor Customer Service From Axxess.

Axxess is quite disappointing when it comes to customer service, responsiveness and urgency in solving customer complaints/issues . I recently had the displeasure of having to deal with Axxess due to connection issues that I am experiencing. The WhatsApp number is non responsive, after I sent in my initial query, a consultant responded 2 hours later. The email service responses are largely erratic and robotic, one doesn’t know exactly when responses will be received. There is a lack of urgency and empathy from their servicing teams and corresponding with the Axxess team is like pulling teeth.
