Poor Customer Service and people skills.

Tried to set up my router today Sunday the 28/8/2012, after following all the instructions from Axxess, i discovered there is no service on my line. I called their Support line and spoke to Tamar (spelling might be incorrect as she refused to give me her full names or spell her name). this was at approximatley 16:58, after keeping me on the line for 6 minutes, she came back to state that she is still waiting for her Manager, she asked for my number to call me back, to which she hasnt and all i ever get from axxess is invoices about a service they have not rendered to me.

My biggest mistake was not coming here to read the reviews prior to signing up with them. They are the ****.
