Poor Customer Service

Dont be fooled by the good prices..16 Feb and we are still sitting without wifi since the 4th..after numerous calls I made and even taking off to go to their offices..Still the problem cant be sorted..They do not want to do an immediate cancellation..have to wait till end of March and still pay for March..Like we paid for February but have no internet connection up until now.I would not Recommend this company to anyone..
