Poor Customer Service

I have been an Axxess customer for some time now but this year I am totally disappointed with their support services. It has been over a week now and I am still without internet. I signed up for the MTN Fixed LTE package in Jan2020 and all was working great until the beginning of 2021. My internet speed went drastically slow and eventually could not connect anymore. I logged the ticket with their support center and every day I follow up to check progress, and I hear the same thing over and over...... "it's been escalated to MTN and we are awaiting feedback" One would expect feedback from them advising me of what's happening to my ticket, but it doesn't, I need to keep phoning them for feedback I am GATVOL now !!!
