Poor customer service

So I wanted to move my ADSL from Telkom to Axxess. Not a pleasant experience. They decide how to handle your account. They unbundle the line from the data as they please and then charge you for nothing. Their customer service is useless. All they do is open and close support tickets. Nobody bothers to call you, unlike Telkom. I cancelled the service after a month and not having received anything from them. Stay well clear of thsi so-called service provider. I will rather pay more and get better service from Telkom, that is how useless Axxess is.

The funniest is that they mail you to for a reason for you cancellation, emailed them back guess what they do, open a support ticket.
