Poor customer service

It's been a frustrating couple of day with Axxes hosting The following errors were found :

You can try installing the previous version of Magento by selecting from the "Choose Version" dropdown below Required PHP version less than 7.2.0 AND found version is : 7.2.9 Customer service very poor and slow.. I am not happy at all.. Close to one week and not issue resolved
