Poor customer service

really disappointed with the service Axxess provides to paying customers.its all as about Axxess making money and ripping us off My router is supposedly outdated now that's why my internet keeps disconnecting I'm being told I must pay for a new router because Axxess cant give me a router I'll be looking for a new ISP provider as all of them offering me a new router Really disappointed with Axxess More than 3 years being a customer I'll be looking for a ISP provider with a much better customer support system Just lost another customer Keep up the good job AXXESS Losing more and more customers
