Poor connectivity

I have purchase LET subscription of R599 which come with 500mbps however we have been getting 1.78 mbps I've tried to put in effort to call ad send emails and no one is getting back to us to assist in this regards. When we call all agent just hang up the call out of the blue. What a power service.
