Poor Connection Speed From Axxess and Cell C LTE

When I signed up with them they promised me LTE-A speeds in Mossel Bay where I stay, a year later and the connection speed came down from 20megs average to about 2megs average download speed, every time I log a ticket I get a generic reply and after 72hours they remove the ticket. Please be aware of this
