Poor Client service

Absolute poor service delivery. Have had nothing but problems since switching over to Axxess. Fiber line is either slow or down, and when a ticket is logged it takes forever for someone to respond. Excuse is always that it's not their fault and the problem is with the Infrastructure provider (VUMA), but nothing is done to resolve the issue unless multiple phone calls are made and escalated. And when you do call, you have about a 50% chance of having the phone put down on you.

Would definitely not recommend Axxess to anyone.
