Poor Client Service

I have been a Axxess customer for some time now, but have been experiencing slow internet speeds and response times for the past month or so.

When logging calls, I do as requested, use the Openserve test account and do speedtests, which is then sent onto Axxess. Then a fault reference is received, and then the long wait.......

As I client of Axxess, NOT Openserve, is it too much to ask that you keep following up to resolution? They hand you off to Openserve and then go quiet.

I will NOT recommend Axxess to anyone asking for a recommendation, and will be cancelling my contract today!
