Poor axxess support

Continuing lack of support and service lead to the cancellation of my dsl circuit, full month without use of the internet I paid for , used axxess for several years and recently only ran into problems which lead to the cancellation, support is unwilling to assist you or don’t have the knowledge to assist you , requested a refund for my notice period month and the internet was not working for that month, first few weeks I was ignored and next response I got from a follow up was that they don’t know who I am ? And now there is no response again. They Quick to take your money .
