Poor After Hour service

I am at my wits ends with your Domain and hosting services. Weekend after weekend your servers is off. It is month-end and I am trying to do all my Billings and processings. I cant receive or sent emails. Nor can I access my CPanel. I called the Help Desk and I were told they can't help me. So Axxess.... FIX your problem for once and all or I move my business elsewhere TOMORROW!
