Poor adsl speed
Been batteling for weeks with poor service from axxess ISP. Speed is so slow that i can not even open a social media site on a 2Meg adsl. Axxess helpdesk not available. Their normal excuse is that the problem sits with Telkom, but my Telkom username and password is running more than fine. Impossible to get hold of someone to assist with problem. Sick and tired of bad service!!!

The issue has been resolved, we will be moving over to our own network within the next week or two and then we will be able to minimize this kind of problems.
