Poor Accounts

I have sent an email to Axxess regarding a payment but have no feedback, I also tried calling them however I waited over 10 minutes, I cant believe that the accounts department take longer to answer than the normal call center agents, the worse part is that customer service has always been useless when it comes to Axxess, I am with them for over 5 years and its just been issues when it comes to dealing with their people,
