Please delete my account and pay back my money

I have not even entered into business yet with Axxess and I am already disgusted.<br> <br> I am waiting 3 weeks now for Axxess to try and get Telkom just to switch on my ADSL line. Everything is already installed at my house, I just need Telkom to activate the DSL line. Axxess isnt doing anything to let me know what the status is, they dont call me back, they said last week monday already that they emailed and contacted the Server manager at Telkom, but Axxess didnt let me know anything as of yet. You guys, please beware of Axxess, they already deducted a full months debit order for data and the line?? Believe it or not, they have. After a lady from Axxess emailed me, and logged a ticket on my account saying that they will not deduct anything from my account till I have access to internet. I still have nothing. I emailed them this morning to ask what the status is, and they still did not call me back. Now after having to complain on Hellopeter they will always phone back. Signs of very poor service. I honsetly do not know how they can be rated as high as they are. <br> <br> Phone me back, you have my details, I want my money paid into my account as fast as you took it out. <br> Done with Axxess
