Plain Daylight Petty ******* - AXXESS

Don't use these *******, I was a loyal client for 3 years and on 1 June I gave Axxess 30 Day notice of cancellation but Chantell Bannister informs me that my contract can only be terminated on 31 July because I should have sent the cancellation by 31 May for a 30 Jun termination because of their billing cycle! This ignores the fact that they could terminate the contract on 1 July (and prorata charge) that would be 30 days, but these ******* decide to stretch the contract by an additional 31 days!!! They are just plain petty *******. I notice they advertise on HelloPeter and I hope this doesn't influence HelloPeter on how they deal with Axxess
