PHATETIC SERVICE BY ZOOM AND AXCESS

Extremely poor service!!! I have been without service for four weeks now. I have phoned ample of times to no avail. Every time they tell us that the problem is installation related and will be escalated to Zoom Fibre, Middelburg Mpumalanga.

No one phones back after 20 personal calls and promises being made by AXCESS and ZOOM fibre...

PATHETIC SERVICE !!!!
