*********** people at axxess and dont give a **** about their clients

I am a RCP client with axxess for years now what i noticed that dont care about their clients only about the money.

I spoke too Bongiwe Sulu that is very *********** in her position and dont evens give me the correct explanation when i ask for an extension.

Only that she cannot see the tab to do it.
