Payment for Non Service

<p>Good Morning</p> <p>Please be aware my line was inactive for the whole month of July. You access records can verify this. I thus did not use any of your services or data. I then came back to South Africa and asked for it to be reactivated and paid on the 27th of July. My access was suspended on the 4th of July 2016. </p> <p><br />Surely you cant charge me for a month 23 days I did not use your service (of which you suspended the line).</p> <p><br />Credit me what is due and I will pay the difference. You simply cannot charge for something I did not have access to.
