Paying for a 200mb Line, lucky if I get 10mb

I pay for a 200mb Line, I'm lucky if I get 10mb on my line. I've emailed & called customer support countless times to sort this out and nothing happens. I have never experienced such inconvenience & incompetence. I truly hope an dpray that this company shuts down or it goes under new management. I would never in a million years recommend AXXESS wifi in Herman's. Uuuuuuuuuisssssssseeeeeelllllessssss
