Pathetic, ZERO after sales service from Axxess

I wish I had read reviews before signing but so good at selling and useless at assisting with setup. they delivered the Voip spot on time, send .e an email saying porting number in the 2nd Oct. I rep**** saying dont please asked for after the 15th as work hectic first 2 weeks in the month and left it. Low me down, Telkom cut off on 2nd Oct, 12 hrs and 8 msgs on chat and 5 fruitless calls I get and email on how to set it up so I try. Steps good until u get told to go to a website and login and then menu and response not as per instructions. Zero help even of who to call and pay to come help. Just, not our problem u have signal. Sent 3 msgs URGENT please help 8 hours ago. Nothing. Pay a bit more and get a better service. I will tell EVERYONE to stay away from Axxess. I feel like a fool having told friends to use them as some have also signed up. Believe me no more clients from me after this disgusting after sales service. Only guy of any help is Jarad.
