PATHETIC & USELESS SUPPORT SERVICE

Worst support system!!! Ticket opened 16/12/2020 for internet speeds. I only received feedback when i follow up and the feedback is that its been "escalated" over and over again. Then I receive an SMS that an OpenServe Technician has been to my premises and has resolved the issue, Either I am blind or the technician is that good that I didn't see him!! And by resolved meaning now my internet and my phone lines do not work, and this now a month of no service but an installment is still due. All this for been a loyal customer for the past 5 years. Clearly my business is not valued or the "Support" team doesn't really give a damn other then the script they keep reading about restarting the router!!!!! WELL DONE AXXESS ON LOSING A CUSTOMER!!
