PATHETIC USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER

Slow LTE speed under 2mbps on a 100Mbps, had to beg them for weeks to escalate to MTN but they refused, i had to esclate this myself and was advised the tower is down, i have to follow up myself, the consultants are rude and incomptent, reported a link down and they asked for Speed test. since they moved the APN to afriihost it has been constant speed issues.
