Pathetic useless company

This is a pathetic service provider. They can't even be called that because they don't provide any service. For some reason according to them they had a problem with some "order" or something so the fibre company switched our internet off. We logged several calls with Axxess just for them to close them without any reference numbers and just closing the call. We had to phone numerous times and log new calls just for them to close the call without any feedback. We have been without internet the entire week and for me working from home it's a major issue. Pathetic useless company
