Pathetic Support, in fact Non Existent

I would rate this zero if I could. We have been experiencing ongoing connectivity issues speeds of 12Mbps instead of 100Mbps, and the level of support has been extremely disappointing, in fact non-existent. Their WhatsApp line is Off-line, just like their support. Their support line disconnects after more than 10 minutes of automated recordings. Tried to call several times that is over 30 minutes of listening to that awful noise.

Why are they experiencing high call volumes, this seems to be a direct result of consistently poor service. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Axxess. Afrihost, by comparison, offers far more reliable service, including 24/7 support via WhatsApp and other channels.
