Pathetic Support and NO Customer care

If you are looking for a ISP PLEASE do not waste your time, money and effort with this company. tHey mainly work on a automated system and speaking to someone that cares about you as a client is impossible. You are just an number on their database.

I app**** for a new fibre line after they and the fibre provider indicated that my area is live. So they came to trench within 4 days(not bad at all). After they trenched they told me sorry, but my area is not live so I will not have internet.

The worst part is that NO NONE at axxess can give any indication when I will now get fibre, this after they trenched. Now I's stuck with a ISP that cannot provide internet.

The worst part is that support tickets just get ignored for three days now.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company!
