Pathetic servive

I am currently with Axxess. However lately I am experiencing the worst internet speed ever. Ping is over 200 when its normally 6 O.00mb download but 2mb upload. I get in touch when the call centre and deal with an arrogant lady , she advises she can only assist if I plug my pc directly into the fibre box. I reply and tell her I dont have a pc and only smartphones. She actually had the audacity to tell me well then go borrow a pc?. Like what part of we in the middle of a pandemic and who goes knocking on peoples doors to borrow pcs. Days later and I am still experiencing the same bad service. Chatted to Azola. Who tells me they can pnly help of I do a speedtest direct and not wifi. What pathetic service ever!!!
