PATHETIC SERVICES !!!!!!!

cannot believe the level of service this ISP provides

i logged a ticket up to 4 days ago , no assistance is given , i then call in , agent says its telkom i must call them .

im paying for a 4mb capped line .... of which axxess is constantly throttling and shaping

my line syc is never stable and is always 2.5MB downloadspeed

this ISP does not deserve the client base it does ,with the bad service they provide

especially with the fact that they give false advertising on their products
