Pathetic Service - not worthy of a modern ISP

For the last few weeks I have been having connection issues.

Had to log a call DAILY ... but then agents would only get back to me hours later.

then I would phone - and only be instructed to reboot everying.. initial reboot doesnt work and then about an hour later it would come back up,

the latest agent's sarcasm caused me to move to another ISP
