Pathetic Service. Horrible Company. Rude Agents.

Absolutely pathetic service! I have an LTE and fibre service with Axxess. I'm on day 14 with them and had numerous issues with my fibre line since.

I had to pay for a new router. This was not communicated to me when I ordered the service. I had three days of back and forth calls and emails with empty promises. I paid for a service that I was not yet using as it was not active. The supposed Managers of this team was going to call me back but never did.

Now, I am sitting on 96 hours and counting of no internet! For a company that claims that they offer 24/7 technical support, I can never get a hold of them. They've tried to pass the blame to ZOOM fibre and told me they are in touch with them and will provide feedback.

Turns out that they never contacted ZOOM. I had to contact ZOOM and ask them to assist. Everything is fine on their end and the fault is on Axxess side. And now Axxess says that the fault is with ZOOM and not them.

I'm now sitting on over 15 open tickets and reference numbers with automated replies. All they say is that they are busy investigating and will provide feedback. The technical team have no clue what they are doing and their agents are absolutely clueless! I've contacted them on every platform available and still nothing!! They're still playing the blame game.

If I could cancel my line right now, I would. But, turs out that I have to stay with them for at least six months before I can change my ISP (no reason provided or they will debit me). So, I am now stuck with this pathetic excuse of a company until the end of the year.

If anyone can assist and help me cancel this line (without incurring charges for no reason), please let me know. I would like to move my line over to a company that does know what they are doing and has helpful staff.

The attitude of agents I've received since inception are appalling and should not work in customer service with that attitude. They are very rude and abrupt.

Stay very far from this company!!! They will take your money and not provide any service and make you pay more money for more hardware!
