Pathetic service from Axxess

I joined about a year ago and was quite impressed with the service. Then all of a sudden, the last few months, the quality of service nose-dived. I've had data not provisioned, mixed up account and very, veey, very slow responses to queries. Right now I'm waiting for them to just respond to a query I have lodged days ago. They just do not care and I HAVE NOW CANCELLED my account and dread that through their inefficiencies they will probably keep on billing me after the contract ends. Do the senior managers of Axxess know and care what's going on there!?
