Pathetic service for simply moving house

This has to be the worst service level I’ve experienced from an ISP, moving house that took so long to get installed. Even the technician that was installing was an hour late and didn’t bother to call or anything. They were so unprofessional and didn’t have all the equipment they need, they had to call someone whose they **** and said the person is 5 minutes away, that person took 20 minutes. Mind you this is now going to two hours from the time they were supposed to come. Once they were done with the installation they told me I’ll get an sms/email with username and password once activated only the next day. Now I have received the email with the details, they’re not working because it says invalid password. Calling their support is equally helpless because I’m told the department that deals with these will be available on Monday, another 2 extra days of nothingness yet the payment is standard, this is pathetic
