PATHETIC SERVICE

your phones lines snt working!!! my internet is off and i need to make a payment arrangement, apparently you recieved my e-mail but its black???? why would i send a blank mail??? how do i get hold of Axxcess if the lines arent working??? this is pathetic!!!!!!the 1 agent that i did get through eventually was so rude and the the call got cut and when i tried to phone again asusual the lines isnt working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
