Pathetic service delivery

Super poor service, we apl**** for theur fibre connections and out of the 4 days we are with them we only had one day of inrernet usage.

You keep being transferred from kne department to another and no one is willing to assist resolving the issue, we have had more problems in this 4 days being with them than any other servixe provider we have used thus far
