Pathetic service
Axxess is probably the worst internet provider around!!!!you spend hundreds of Rands airtime trying to get the issues sorted but they expect you to bend backwards to fix their problems..I'm elderly and not tech savvy but that does not seem to bother them a bit...not even the supervisor on duty can help...

02 Jan 2024, 14:49Now I eventually got hold of a supervisor who wants me to climb in a cupboard to resolve the weak connection...I begged to speak to her superior and guess what...he is too busy for me...2 days 180mins airtime and my issues still not resolved!!!hope tomorrow will be better
