Pathetic Service Axxess and Vuma

There is a problem with Vuma and Axxess have closed 2 of my comlaints tickets and they also did not reply to me on Facebook after multiple requests for feedback.

Ordered uncapped fibre on the 14th & I am still no closer to being connected.
