Pathetic service Axxess

This is one of the most pathetic ISP's relating to service. I have sent 2 emails and made a cellphone call lasting more that 10 minutes and on non of the attempts was I able to raise an agent. They do not even reply to the emails sent so how on earth do they expect a customer to be loyal to them. All attempts to raise a senior official in this company did not bear fruit and it seems they are protected. If you want to keep on ruining your business, keep doing what you are doing now. If I could give no stars, I would do so.
