Pathetic service.

I paid 4 weeks ago for fibre to be installed at my business, to date my business is still operating in the dark ages since this company cant arrange a line to be installed. I have phoned them 9 times during the course of a week with no luck and an estimate holding time of between 18 minutes and the current one of 37min.
